Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with the product in good condition does not qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.

Shipping and Delivery
